Medito has many different meditation packs from Introduction To Meditation, Beginner Meditation Course, Intermediate Meditation Course, Meditation for Stress & Anxiety, Meditation for Sleep, Work Life Meditation Pack, Walking Meditation, Meditating with Great Thinkers, Body Scan Meditation, Mantra Meditation, Loving Kindness Meditation, and much more. Medito also gives you options for calming noises to play in the background of your meditation session. Most sessions on medito are from 5 mins to 20 mins. However, there is a mode that allows you to start a meditation session all the way from 3 mins to 1 hour. I’ve personally used medito for a year and a half now and I highly recommend it.
